Play Taffy Runner online for free. Taffy Runner is a running chase game where you must collect enough fruit to clear the levels. Move Taffy's path up or down to collect fruits and avoid obstacles. Don't let Bentley the Doberman catch you. This game is rendered in mobile-friendly HTML5, so it offers cross-device gameplay. You can play it on mobile devices like Apple iPhones, Google Android powered cell phones from manufactures like Samsung, tablets like the iPad or Kindle Fire, laptops, and Windows-powered desktop computers. Starting the Game

On the welcome screen, select the play button at the center to begin.
On the top right corner of the welcome screen are 2 buttons:
- Clear your previous progress by selecting the trash button.
- Toggle the game’s audio by selecting the speaker button.
- Your web browser automatically saves your progress and best scores.

    - With your keyboard:
      - Use the up arrow key to go up.
      - Use the down arrow key to go down.
      - With your mouse, left click and drag to move up and down.
      - Touchscreen devices
        With your fingers, tap and swipe on the screen to move up and down.
        Game Play
        Basic rules
        You automatically move forward.
        Using the arrow keys, the mouse cursor, or your fingers, move Taffy up and down to change the direction he is going.
        Avoid hitting anything.
        Pick up as much fruit as you can.
        Your target number of fruit is shown on the top center of the screen.
        Once you hit the target number of fruit, reach the finish line to finish the level.
        The first level starts off with a goal of 15, the second level goal is 20, then the target food goal goes up by 10 for each level until 100, then it goes up by 50 to 150 then 200.
        When you get to 200 the level rotates fruit types on subsequent plays each time you beat the level.
        The levels get significantly harder as you have the same number of lives to capture far more fruit & you have to make sharper moves further into the game.
        Lives
        You have 3 lives in this game.
        Each time you hit something, you lose a life.
        Lose all your lives and Bentley the Doberman catches you.
        View your lives on the upper left corner of the screen.
        If you die on a level you can replay it an unlimited number of times.
        You start with full lives on each level whenever you beat a level.
        Strategy
        When you change directions rapidly Taffy may jump. Try to account for & anticipate jumps.
        When no fruits or obstacles are around it is best to stay near the centerline to minimize how far you have to move.
        When you get further into the game mouse control offers more granular play.
        Target Audience
        The game is suited for gamers who like Taffy or playing run and chase games.
        The game has no adult themed content.
